Shatrughan is in good spirits, talking non stop: Amitabh

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan and his wife Jaya have visited actor and friend Shatrughan Sinha, who is recovering after undergoing a bypass surgery at the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital. Big B says that the yesteryear Bollywood actor is fit and fine and is talking non stop as he used to do always.

On his new blog page tumblr, Amitabh Bachchan writes about his meeting with Shatrughan Sinha on Thursday. Big B writes, "Shatrughan Sinha in hospital with a by-pass heart surgery. Jaya and I immediately go and visit him. He has done well and so have the doctors and he remains in his room, out of the ICU, chatting dime a dozen with his humor in tact! So reassuring."

Meanwhile, Amitabh Bachchan confirms that Shatrughan Sinha is recovering fast from his illness. The actor continues, "Watching colleagues in hospital beds, suffering and in medical condition, is disturbing. But Shatru is in good spirits, as he always is, talking non stop and showing no signs of the trauma he has been through. Thank God !!"

However, Amitabh Bachchan has worked with Shatrughan Sinha in films like Bombay to Goa (1972), Kaala Patthar (1979) and Naseeb (1981). Naseeb has become a blockbuster movie at the Box Office, while Bombay to Goa and Kaala Patthar did average business. They have maintained very good relationship.
