Bollywood's late superstar Rajesh Khanna had delivered a few memorable death performances in his past films like Anand and Aradhana. But, Kaka's mother Leelavati could not bear his onscreen deaths.
A close friend to the actor's family informed a leading daily that Khanna's mom used to get annoyed over her son's tragic onscreen deaths. Though it was no reality, as a mother, Leelavati used to complain her friends that she couldn't watch the deaths of her son, even if it's onscreen.
Leelavati was Rajesh Khanna's foster mother. She and her husband Chunni Lal Khanna were relatives of the actor's biological parents.
