Mumbai: We are still confused about the fact as in why Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor are being tight-lipped about their much-awaited upcoming wedding that is likely to take place next month. A while ago, the rumours were rife that Kareena won't be changing her surname post-marriage. But, now the actress has to say something else.
Talking to a leading daily, Bebo said that she will become Kareena Kapoor Khan after her marriage with Saif Ali Khan. "Post marriage I will be Kareena Kapoor Khan," she said. Kareena further said that Saif Ali Khan doesn't want her to change her surname post-marriage. Bebo also revealed that she is very happy that she will be having two of the most powerful surnames in Bollywood after her wedding.
Saif's parents', Sharmila Tagore and late cricketer Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi had a traditional nikaah ceremony in 1969. Sharmila, a Bengali from Rabindranath Tagore's family, converted to Islam and took the name of Ayesha Begum. Hopefully, Bebo too follows the same soon.
