YashRaj Films dismissed all rumours that said that the shooting for action-thriller Dhoom 3 has been delayed. It has been confirmed that the shooting for the film will begin in May without any delay.
Aamir Khan, who plays a negative character in Dhoom 3 will join the shoot in June as planned earlier. YashRaj Films dismissed reports that suggested that the film's shoot has been delayed because of Aamir Khan's prior commitments.
The 47-year-old actor, who is busy with his first TV outing, has postponed the release of his ambitious project Talaash to the year end. Earlier, the film was to release in June.
Produced by Aditya Chopra, Dhoom 3 is written and directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, who had also written the first two films Dhoom and Dhoom 2 in the hit franchise.
Apart from Aamir Khan, who plays the anti-hero in the film, and Katrina Kaif; both Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra will reprise the roles of Jai Dixit and Ali.
The film is slated for a 2013 release.
