According to Roshan Abbas, he knew that Kabhi Kabhi Always does not require big names in the cast but it requires a big production house to produce the film. He said that the movie started getting into the shape after meeting Shahrukh Khan in Dubai. The discussion which started off on a casual talk, paved way for the current project. After a few rounds of talk, the actor gave the nod to produce the film on Red Chillies, adds Roshan.
Roshan Abbas has also said that Shahrukh Khan shares his suggestions and gives inputs but never imposes his ideas on him. The director praises the actor that the latter has given him full freedom to direct. However, Kabhi Kabhi Always is the screen-adaptation of Abbas Roshan's 'Graffiti'. The movie, which is produced by Shahrukh Khan's home production Red Chillies Entertainment, will hit the silver screens on June 17.
