Ranbir Kapoor becomes a proud uncle

Actor Ranbir Kapoor's sister Riddhima delivered a baby girl yesterday afternoon in New Delhi. The newborn has been named Samara. A close friend of the family said that Kapoors are overjoyed.

Riddhima got married to a Delhi-based businessman Bharat Sahni in year 2006. The family friend told Mid Day, "Rishi is a nana, Neetu a naani and Ranbir a maama! It still has to sink in."

The entire Kapoor family were present at the hospital while Ridhima was delivering the baby girl. Father Rishi Kapoor's sister Rima Jain was also present to share the joy.

Ranbir Kapoor had kept behind all his work and gave the priority to his sister when the the bundle of joy arrived.
