There is some relief for the Gangster actor, as Bombay High Court granted bail to Shiney Ahuja today. But the bail comes with the surety of Rs.50,000, a guarantee that he would stay out of Mumbai but at the same time, will not leave the country and would leave his passport with the investigating officer.

Shiney, who has been in custody since June 15 for allegedly raping his maidservant, had approached the session court twice before and his pleas were rejected.

Reportedly, the actor will now move to Delhi to stay with his parents.
