Even as a Mumbai court extended the Judicial custody of actor Shiney Ahuja, who is accused of raping his maid servant, to July 2, a new twist has taken place in the form of Sangeeta, his other maid.
Giving more strength to Anupam Ahuja's claim that her hubby has been framed, Sangeeta, the other maid of the Ahujas, has spoken in favour of the actor. She said that the girl (rape victim) told her that her boyfriend has married another girl from his village. She added that she actually told her that she has fallen in love with Shiney Ahuja. Sangeeta also revealed that she (rape victim) said that she just loves him when asked if he also loves her.
Sangeeta went on to say that she has worked for Shiney Ahuja for a long time and couldn't believe that he would do something like that. She also said that she (rape victim) refused to accompany her to the church, about two hours before that incident took place.
Meanwhile, Anupam Ahuja visited her husband in jail yesterday and said that it felt wonderful seeing him. She said that they looked at each other with love. She added that they love each other and can't wait for him to come home.
