The Mumbai Police haven't found any major injury marks on Shiney Ahuja's body other than a slight abrasion mark on his right hand. The examination was conducted on the actor at the Nagpada Police Hospital where forensic experts preserved Ahuja"s blood samples for further investigations to figure out if he was under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
The doctors who conducted the test on Shiney said the actor at 76 kgs weighed double that of the maid servant at 38 kgs so it would not have been difficult for him to pin her down. The preliminary medical tests conducted on the girl had revealed sexual assault. Shiney's reports have been sent to the Oshiwara police station where the FIR against the actor was filed.
Meanwhile Shiney was shifted from one barrack to another on Friday night due to security reasons. The actor his serving his 14 day judicial custody in Mumbai Authur Road Jail. There were reports that Shiney had been ragged by other inmates which led to the change of barracks. The prison authorities however dismissed this as a rumour.
