Shilpa Shetty now Shilpa Kundra and Raj Kundra threw a lavish reception for their guests at the Grand Hyatt, Mumbai on Tuesday evening. The who's who of Bollywood was present on the occasion to wish the newly married couple. There was a huge buzz in the banquet hall when she Shilpa and Raj arrived hand in hand. Shilpa donned a golden outfit designed by Tarun Tahiliani and with matching jewellery is from Anmol jewels. Raj Kundra sported a impressive black Sherwani.

The impressive guest list included Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan and his wife Gauri. Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Roshan, Rani Mukherjee, Fardeen Khan, Vivek Oberoi, Sameera Reddy, Amisha Patel, Kangana Ranaut, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Manish Malhotra, Karan Johar, Vivek Oberoi, Govinda, Rekha and Jaya Pradha among others. IPL boss Lalit Modi and Civil Aviation Minister Praful Patel and Gujarat CM Narendra Modi were also present on the occasion.

Shilpa and Raj made sure that their guests could have no complaint about the food. The menu included a selection of Indian, Western (Italian) and Asian (Thai and Chinese) cuisine served at live counters. The big attraction of the evening was the nine-tier wedding cake weighing over 80 kgs consisting of chocolate, candied fruits, fruit peels and nuts. The decoration chosen by Shilpa and her sister Shamita Shetty, consisted of flowers and butterflies. RDB and Rishi Rich performed free of cost during the reception.
