The super success of Dhoom and Dhoom 2 meant that the role of an anti-hero was being appreciated by the audience in Bollywood. It was John Abraham in Dhoom and Hrithik Roshan in Dhoom 2 playing thieves who stole the limelight ahead of Abhishek Bachchan who played the cop in both the cases. Yash Raj Films plans to continue with anti-heroism even in Dhoom 3.

The buzz in the tinsel town is it may be none other than the 'Baadshah' Shahrukh Khan who might play the anti-hero this time. If Shahrukh gives his nod this won't be the first time he will be playing an anti-hero in his career. Who can forget the stammering Shahrukh Khan in the movie Darr.
