Are Shahid Kapoor and Genelia siblings?

Choreographer turned director turned chat show host Farah Khan couldn't help doubting if Shahid Kapoor and Genelia D'Souza are siblings. But why? Because both of them have gone through similar phases in Bollywood. They are young, good looking, bounced back after initial struggle and are amongst the most promising actors today.

Farah Khan threw a surprise question to Shahid and Genelia on her chat show Tere Mere Beach Mein. Are you siblings? She joked, considering the similar path they have walked – ad films with famous stars, music video, success, flops, comeback and finally a film together. Genelia shot back saying that they are not brother and sister.

Well, Shahid Kapoor and Genelia D'Souza play the lead roles in the film Chance Pe Dance directed by Ken Ghosh. It is scheduled for release by the end of this year.

Sasirekha Parinayam out to capture the flood

Tarun and Genelia are acting together for the first time under Krishnavamsi's direction in the tentatively titled Sasirekha Parinayam and now it seems like the title will stay. The unit is now shooting some key scenes at Patamata and the Kanakadurga temple in Vijayawada. The unit will also shoot a few vital scenes at Nagarjunasagar Dam as well.
