Here's an oven-fresh development taking place in Kurbaan starring Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor.
The clash between the two biggies, Karan Johar's Kurbaan and Priyadarshan's De Dana Dan, has been averted. Initially, the two films were supposed to battle it out on the same date - 27th November - but the release dates have been altered. Kurbaan will come a week before, on 20th November, while De Dana Dan will stick to the date - 27th November.
"That's true," Siddharth Roy Kapur of UTV (that holds the rights of Kurbaan), confirmed to this writer, "Haven't we noticed time and again that such clashes don't benefit anyone? So instead of battling it out with each other, we decided to re-schedule our release and bring it one week before (20th November). That way we won't be eating into each other's business." A wise move indeed!
