Bollywood turns its gun on Australia

If you thought Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan were the only Bollywood stars raising their voice against the racist attacks on Indians in Australia you are wrong. The entire Bollywood seems to be rallying behind the Indians in the land down under and have called for a complete ban over the Kangaroo land. They have urged the Australian government ensures security to the foreign nationals and punishes those guilty in the recent racial attack.

Madhur Bhandarkar has said there was no question of him going with his cast and crew to Australia and risking their lives under the present circumstance. Satish Kaushik has added that the real beauty of Australia should lie in the hearts of the people and not in the sea beaches and other tourists spots. Director David Dhawan has gone a step further and decided not to even go on a holiday to Australia.

The Bollywood ban is bound to hurt the Australian tourism industry as the tinsel town crowd regularly flock there for shoots. In the recent years Australia and New Zealand had emerged one of the favourite offshore locations for Bollywood. Some of the recent biggies that have been shot in Australia Salaam Namaste, Chak de India and Heyy Babyy.

 

Do Knot Disturb while Govinda feed Sush

During the shooting schedule of Do Knot Disturb in Delhi, Govinda ended up making Sushmita Sen a huge fan of the famous Delhi chaat. A unit insider reveals, "The unit of Do Knot Disturb directed by David Dhawan and produced by Vashu Bhagnani starring Govinda, Sushmita Sen, Lara Dutta and Riteish Deshmukh was in Delhi recently for a long shooting stint.
