Hum Panchi Ek Dal Ke, a short nine-minute duration film from India has been chosen for the 61st Cannes International Film Festival. The Festival is to be held from May 14 to 25, this year.
This silent film highlights the different lifestyles of children living on the streets of New Delhi. It features actors like Aishwarya Bachchan, Mukesh Tiwari, Deepak Shirke, Vishwajeet Pradhan, Ashutosh Rana and Suniel Shetty. Manoj Srivastav co-produced the film with Naresh Sain besides directing it.
