Salman Khan"s going to jail seems to be the end of the line for the actor. The actor who was still struggling to get set in his career after a series of flops found his ground in Partner. Despite the flops, Bollywood still loves him and he is remains one of the top actors in Bollywood. Of course that success was negated with the failure of his much hyped Hollywood release Marigold. Just when things were looking a bit brighter, the long arm of the law struck.
Lets go back to the stars troubled history over the past few years and see how he has become one actor who is arguably on the defensive for some reason or the other. Thing started going berserk when his backlash at his failure with now ex Aishwarya Bachchan (something that he has not been able to put behind upon). Years after Salman and her broke up, we keep getting reminders of his troubled behaviour with new samples of them.
A few years back, Vivek Oberoi said that he was being threatened by the star. Recently Vivek Oberoi tried to patch up with the actor but he refused to settle matters. It seems that Salman"s wild side has got to him and has put him on the defensive – something that he has not bounced back from. Putting up a brave front like the star has, one can clearly see a Salman on the defensive. And that is a stand that he will be taking for a while until he decides to start afresh.
