For Breakfast: Brown bread with peanut butter, one glass low fat milk, two boiled eggs (white portion only) and pancakes while travelling.
Lunch: Low oil with very less fat. Green salad and brown rice grilled fish.
Snacks: Fruits and digestive biscuits.
Dinner: No set menu, but Katrina avoids overeating and avoids starchy food.
