All's not well between Rani Mukherjee and Aditya Chopra, whose affair has been the talk of the town for a long time now. Latest reports state that Aditya Chopra's ex wife Payal has demanded a huge alimony, which Aditya is not in a position to pay. This means that Aditya would have to wait longer to seek divorce from Payal and marry Rani Mukherjee. Moreover, there are problems reported between Rani and the Chopra family as well.
As per a leading English daily, Aditya Chopra's estranged wife Payal has demanded a huge amount, running into crores as alimony. As per sources, Aditya Chopra has made it clear to Rani that he cannot pay so much money to Payal. The legal separation between Aditya and Payal would hence take longer than expected. It now remains to be seen if Rani and Aditya would ever get married!
There are also reports stating that Rani Mukherjee has dropped the idea of marrying the Chopra scion. She is apparently taking up many projects outside the YRF banner as she feels that there is no point waiting for Aditya Chopra.
As if this was not enough, Rani Mukherjee also seems to have problems with the Chopra family. Aditya Chopra apparently wanted Rani to be part of the board of directors in YRF International. However, Yash Chopra and his mother Pamela Chopra are not too happy about this.
