If you are wondering why Aamir Khan is not promoting his film Peepli Live aggressively in spite of it releasing this Friday, August 13, here is the reason. It is said that he is down with viral fever and doctors have advised him complete rest.
Aamir was completely drained out on returning from his trip to Australia on Satuday. He was supposed to attend meetings but he cancelled them after his health deteriorated. He even couldn"t attend the screening of his production film Peepli Live for the unit, which was hosted by his wife Kiran Rao. It is said that he went through ramdom blood test following high temperature and throat infection.
Doctors have apparantly advised him complete bed rest for a few days till he gets completely fine.
