Ranbir Kapoor turns to stone! No we are not kidding but apparently that is a part of his role in Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani.
The film shows that Ranbir has a habit of talking to an icon that stands in the centre of the town. And one fine day, he finds that that icon looks like him. Ranbir was absolutely charged about turning into a figurine.
Interestingly, it took four hours to turn Ranbir into a sculpted figure. Makeup man Vikram Gaikwad had to really work hard on the look. A source said, "Once the make up was done, Ranbir would have to just stand till the shot was canned, and that took hours. It was a tedious and tiring process, but Ranbir was all enthusiastic."
After the shot Ranbir would want to move around all the time. "Standing like a stone, made Ranbir realise the value of freedom," said the source.
