Prakash Saini directed Meri Padosan will have a character by the name of Shyam Gopal Varma who plays a crazy director who sells all his belongings to make a movie.

This is not the first time that Ram Gopal Varma is being mocked at. After the debacle of his Ram Gopal Varma Ki Aag director Anil Kumar had registered the title Ramu Ho Gaya Pagal. The movie which many believed was taking on Ram Gopal Varma never saw the light of the day. Anil had however said that the script was original and had nothing to do with Ram Gopal Varma.
