The poster of Madhur Bhandarkar's film Heroine is copied from Siddharth Dhanvant Sanghvi's book cover 'The Lost Flamingoes of Bombay'. It is also said to be inspired by the promotional photograph of Mariah Carey for her album 'The Emancipation of Mimi'.
Heroine: Kareena's Smoking Scene
The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (I&B) has imposed a mandatory condition of displaying a "static" anti-smoking message during smoking scenes in Heroine. But the makers of Heroine did not agree with I&B and moved to Delhi High Court against I&B. However, Later Madhur Bhandarkar said his upcoming film Heroine will have an anti-smoking advertisement.
