What kind of ''record breaking'' is this? And what pre-release collection? Prices for rights get re-negotiated upon the film's release and everything ultimately depends on the box office run and performance of the film - how it fares among audience. Even makers of Kites, Tees Maar Khan, Blue and SRK himself for MNIK had made many tall claims. All so-called pre-release collection of Kites was renegotiated after its disastrous run. Same for TMK. While SRK's MNIK relied only on overseas.
