Shahrukh Khan, the 'baadshah of Bollywood' has done it yet again. Ra.One, directed by Anubhav Sinha has set off to a magnificent start at the Box Office. A lot was expected from the Shahrukh Khan-Kareena Kapoor starrer Ra.One, a project costing more than Rs 150 crore. Besides, Ra.One boasts of being a technological masterpiece as it has world class visual effects accompanied by magnificent graphics. While critics have given a mixed response to Ra.One, the readers response is no different either! Saw Ra.One 1st day 1st show.......a very good movie. Ra.One was a big attempt by SRK. All the stunts,technology and action packed sequences were well managed. The one liners and others laughter elements were presented very nicely though I think the story cud have been much tighter. But SRK rocks man. He is perfect as g.one. Ra.One was short but very well acted. Villain role by Arjun Rampal was very good too. The little kid did excellent work as the son of Shahrukh Khan.

Copied (inspired !!) from a set of Hollywood blockbusters. Not sure what was the main story line.

Ra.one released in 3700 screens in India as compared to Bodyguard (2500). Ticket rates are high about 30 Rs more....so it will gross more than Bodyguard, but will loose in the end as it is doomed for its debacle....worst movie for Diwali.

I saw the Ra-One, its a bad movie. I paid more as it costed more, but movie is so bad that when u buy ticket for Rs. 10 u will still not find your paisaa vasool. Yes, it's copy of many English movies and Robot (Endhiram) but the special effects r so bad, u can even see animated face stuck to the body, very poor special effects, i really regret watching this movie, waste of time and money.

The movie is a non-issue and one wonders as to what the media has been doing by lapping up everything that Shahrukh asks in the form of publicity. I saw Ra.One on Monday in Dubai and found it very very very ordinary. A CLEAR AVOID. Could have been a disaster financially for Red Chillies, if not for the marketing, which could fool audiences in the first two days.

SRK can never do a Robot. Bad of him to make a sci-fi movie. Rightfully, critical acclaim for the movie has been just average. Enthiran/Robot had in its fold Rajnikanth, AR Rahman and Shankar. Not to forget the beautiful Aishwarya Rai. Ra.one has just SRK as one known star. Any other biggies or legends to boast of in Ra.One ?? Marketing alone can't win the hearts of the audience. Content is King and Ra.one fails miserably at this step given the hype and excitement.

Honest verdict after anticipating this movie Ra.One for over a year...Its a childish "KIDS MOVIE". I am a huge SRK fan and I don't understand why he is making these movies, he should stick to romantic movies which he is best at. I took a lot of my white friends to watch this movie and they all thought it was a joke. SRK disappointed big time this time. I really hope Don 2 is good. Any other overseas people who plan on taking their foreign friends, please don't do it.
