As per the promos running across channels, the makers of this film are hell bent on bringing Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor back together with its 'Forgive and Forget" theme.

“The title Milenge Milenge adds up to Number 52 (7) – this octave of Number 7 is an unfortunate number. It is symbolized by the signs of revolution, upheaval, strife, failure, prevention and is not a fortunate number if it comes out in calculations relating to future events," explains Bhavikk.
He continues, “No wonder the film took so long in the making and could not be released even after it was ready for a while."
“About the much talked about pair, Shahid is running in his 30th year (25th February 1981) which is just about average phase for him while Kareena who"s also of the same age is in much better position, luck-wise," says Bhavikk.
“But their combination being Numbers 3 (Jupiter) and 7 (Neptune), is not good at all and hence their 'chemistry" will fail to light up the screen on fire.
