Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor has said that there is nothing vulgar about her backless shot being used for the posters of upcoming movie Kurbaan. She said the poster which shows her backless and Saif Ali Khan with a wound in his chest subtly reveals a lot about the movie which is an intense thriller about terrorism. She added that she was excited about the prospects of audiences seeing her in a different light in the movie as it was not a frothy romance drama.
Kareena said that Rensil D'Silva Kurbaan was an intense movie with love, passion and violence and will make people sit up and take notice. She added that the character of Avantika that she plays is quite pivotal to the story. About the lovemaking scene she shot with beau Saif, Bebo said that it was an integral part of the movie. She concluded that what separates Kurbaan from other terrorism movie is that it is the voice of moderate Islam.
