Ek Tha Tiger did wonderful collection at the Indian Box Office, thereby crossing Rs 100 crore mark in the first weekend. The movie collected Rs 154+ crores nett in the first week. But it went on see a considerable amount of fall in its collection in the following weeks. So far, the film has raked in Rs 197.14 crores nett in 26 days. It has become second all time highest grosser at the domestic Box Office.
Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer has also done a superb business at the international Box Office. Ek Tha Tiger has collected a total of Rs 12.35 crores (£13,93,092) from UK, Rs 15.23 crore ($2,746,184) from USA, Rs 7.89 crores from UAE, Rs 3.55 crores (A$6,20,339) from Australia, Rs 1.01 crores (NZ$2,24,572) from New Zealand and Rs 8 lakhs (FJD 26,062) from Fiji Box Office. The movie has collected Rs 40.13 crore nett at the overseas Box Office in its fourth weekend.
However, Shahrukh Khan's Ra.One is the second all time highest grosser Hindi movie with its total collection Rs 240 crores nett at the worldwide Box Office. Now, Ek Tha Tiger has grossed a total of Rs 237.27 crores nett and it needs just Rs 3 crore to beat the record of Ra.One. Trade analysts feel that the Salman-Katrina starrer would take another week to surpass this mark.
