Break Ke Baad not bad at overseas box office

Break Ke Baad has under-performed in U.K. and is poor in Australia. However, the film got the benefit of the Thanksgiving Weekend in the U.S. The movie opened there on Wednesday evening and collected decent figures in its 5-day weekend. Middle East has also been good … Allah Ke Banday is a disaster in U.K. … Guzaarish is a loser in key international markets.

U.K. BOX-OFFICE

* Break Ke Baad has debuted at No. 12 position. In its opening weekend, the film has collected £ 85,709 [approx. Rs. 61.22 lacs] on 33 screens [1 unreported], with the per screen average working out to £ 2,678.

* Guzaarish [last weekend: No. 9, this weekend: No. 16]: In its second weekend, the film has collected £ 48,950 on 38 screens [6 unreported], with the per screen average working out to £ 1,530. Total: £ 3,03,982 [approx. Rs. 2.17 crores].

* Golmaal 3 [last weekend: No. 19, this weekend: No. 29]: In its fourth weekend, the film has collected £ 7,259 on 9 screens [3 unreported], with the per screen average working out to £ 1,210. Total: £ 6,28,903 [approx. Rs. 4.49 crores].

* Nandalala [Tamil] has debuted at No. 38 position. In its opening weekend, the film has collected £ 3,137 [approx. Rs. 2.24 lacs] on 8 screens, with the per screen average working out to £ 392.

* Action Replayy [last weekend: No. 24, this weekend: No. 42]: In its fourth weekend, the film has collected £ 2,665 on 7 screens [4 unreported], with the per screen average working out to £ 888. Total: £ 3,96,274 [approx. Rs. 2.83 crores].

* Tere Ishq Nachaye has debuted at No. 48 position. In its opening weekend, the film has collected £ 2,120 [approx. Rs. 1.51 lacs] on 9 screens, with the per screen average working out to £ 236.

* Allah Ke Banday has debuted at No. 68 position. In its opening weekend, the film has collected £ 681 [approx. Rs. 48,640] on 3 screens, with the per screen average working out to £ 227.

* Aladin [this weekend: No. 129]: The film has collected £ 33 on 1 screen. Total: £ 1,08,466 [approx. Rs. 77.57 lacs].

U.S.A. BOX-OFFICE

* Break Ke Baad has debuted at No. 26 position. In its opening weekend, the film has collected $ 3,10,329 [approx. Rs. 1.42 crores] on 85 screens, with the per screen average working out to $ 3,651. Note:- The film opened on Wednesday evening. Hence, the figures are of 5 days.

* Guzaarish [last weekend: No. 18, this weekend: No. 27]: In its second weekend, the film has collected $ 1,88,085 on 96 screens, with the per screen average working out to $ 1,959. Total: $ 8,90,678 [approx. Rs. 4.08 crores].

AUSTRALIA BOX-OFFICE

* Break Ke Baad has debuted at No. 18 position. In its opening weekend, the film has collected Aus. $ 45,123 [approx. Rs. 19.94 lacs] on 16 screens, with the per screen average working out to Aus. $ 2,820.
