'Pirate' Affects Business!

With the Hollywood biggie Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest taking the biggest start ever, swallowing all Hollywood films in the process, the business of Hindi films also took a beating this weekend. But the flow of biggies from this week onwards should rejuvenate the business prospects in days to come.

  • Krrish [last weekend: No. 12, this weekend: No. 10]: In its third weekend, the film has collected £ 60,344 on 33 screens, with the per screen average working out to £ 1,829. Total: £ 551,916 [approx. Rs. 4.69 crores].
